You do not have permission to remove my signature or watermark. You may request watermark removal after full payment is completed; however, I reserve the right to refuse for any reason.
I reserve the right to include any work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. This must be discussed in advance.
All products are for private use/ enjoyment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If you are hiring me for a commercial project, this must be clearly stated and agreed upon in advance.
The commercialization (reproduction, distribution, monetization, etc.) of my work without my explicit, signed permission is strictly prohibited. Additional rights, publication, merchandising fees, or royalty agreements may be required to operate legally. Unauthorized use may incur a fine.
I do not grant permission for my work to be used in the training of Al in any capacity.

Factors that may affect the commission price include:

Shorter Deadline.
Commissions requiring a faster turnaround may incur an additional rush fee. This must be disclosed in advance so I can schedule accordingly.
Complex Details.
This includes particularly detailed or complex characters, props, or backgrounds. It accounts for the additional time required to draw them.
Excessive Revisions
Requesting revisions beyond those outlined in the 'expected process' may incur additional fees. These revisions increase the time it takes me to complete the work.
Late-Game Revisions
These are revisions reuested after the allotted revision stages. They may require undoing and redoing parts of the work, which increases the time needed to complete the commission.

I tend to prefer a flat colouring style for graphics like banners because it is very readable from a distance. However, more styles, are available. See 'Graphic' and 'Paint' commission options.
